APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment so there is enough time to receive your full service.  If you are running more than 15 minutes late please keep in mind we may have to reschedule or a cancellation fee will be applied.  

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made within 48 Hours will result in a 50% charge of service if canceled within this window.  No shows and Cancellations made within 24 Hours and will result in 100% charge of services scheduled and applied to your card on file.   

EXTENTIONS

There will be a 50% Deposit on the day we book your Extension Install service.  Extensions typically take 3-12+ hours to install, and the entire day is typically booked out just for you.  We require a 2 week notice to reschedule or cancel.  If changes are made before 2 weeks we will transfer your deposit to the new scheduled date.  No shows, same day cancellations, and last minute rescheduling will forfeit the deposit, and you will be charged 100% of the missed appointment to your card on file.  

CHILDREN

Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not allowed in the salon—we welcome children by appointment for services only.
